This year marks an exciting milestone as LSNA introduces its inaugural formal mentoring program. Geared towards fostering professional growth, collaboration, and support within our profession, this initiative aims to create a dynamic and enriching experience.

 

The program invites experienced nurses to share their valuable knowledge, insights, and skills with emerging nursing professionals. Through the cultivation of meaningful mentor-mentee relationships, the LSNA Formal Mentoring Program strives to elevate the overall competence, confidence, and job satisfaction of nursing professionals at every level of experience.
